Gwinnett Pickleball Club uses Pickleball Den as the software platform to manage club membership and event signup.
Players pay the annual GPC membership, and then GPC pays for each member's Pickleball Den subscription.
It can sometimes be confusing to players that their GPC membership expires, but their Den subscription is still active. The timing of this can very, but the key points to understand are:
Players renew their GPC membership each year.
GPC renews the player's Pickleball Den membership as needed.
Since GPC pays for our members' Pickleball Den subscriptions, we need to remove players from the club when their membership expires. You will be notified by email two weeks prior to the expiration of your membership, but if you login to Den and don't see GPC listed, you'll need to rejoin.
